Ever wondered if you rely too much on other people? You’re not alone. Alice had exactly this thought when she went on a trip with her alpaca friends not so long ago. After wandering going off to explore a pretty field of flowers, she found herself lost from the group and suffered some serious anxiety. Thank goodness she came across Desmond the Tasmanian Devil, who helped her find the rest of the pack. Gentle Alice got pretty worried when she was lost on that trip – but it showed her that she’s a lot stronger than she thinks. It has inspired her to go on a solo adventure next time. It’s going to be her first taste of independence and experiencing things for herself.
Shirley is a great example of personal growth. In a previous life she faced daily pressure to succeed and perform which didn’t do any favours for her health. She finds it difficult to reflect on those times but she often glistens with gratitude when she thinks about how far she has come.
