Wise and Comforting

Winston knows what it means to face your fears. The shy and gentle wombat has always had a deep fear of disappointing people – especially his friends and family. So when he accidentally dozed off whilst he was supposed to be keeping a watch on the community's food and it got stolen, he became overwhelmed with worry.

Thanks to a little encouragement from his best mate Toby the Giraffe, and some words of wisdom from Kylie the Kangaroo, Winston summoned up the courage to be honest with his community and let them know he had, in fact, fallen asleep. When they didn't judge him, he felt a sense of liberation letting go of the need to constantly please people.

These days Winston still cares deeply about others, but no longer puts so much pressure on himself. He's a much more relaxed Winston now – which everyone's very happy to see.
