Otto the British Short Hair Cat

Character Trait: Loyal, Friendly, and Affectionate

Meet young Otto the British Short Hair Cross who bursts with affection and devotion. Although surrounded by friends and happiness now, life for the young cat had not always been this way. Otto had once found himself in frightful circumstances. Afraid and alone in an empty home, snuggled up behind a hot water system to keep himself warm. It wasn’t until an unexpected visitor dropped by that his life changed forever. 

One day, whilst Chloe the Schnauzer was out chasing possums, she was led inside the empty home where she found young Otto. Chloe was immediately drawn to him. Her nurturing instinct compelled her to take frightened Otto back to meet the rest of the pack.

Otto wasn’t so sure how he would fit in with these newly found friends. He was a cat afterall  and a unique one at that, with an unusual 'meow' - a rather awkward, dull roar, short legs, gargantuan feet and a massive raccoon-type tail.

Determined to help Otto feel accepted, Chloe called upon Ollie the therapy trained Labrador to help in any way she could. After some time with Ollie, Otto felt something he hadn’t felt in a long time; loved. He was no longer alone. Otto was grateful for his newly formed friends and excited to get to know them!

The pack soon discovered that Otto was an excellent football player, tree climber, and flycatcher! They all formed a strong bond with Otto and couldn’t imagine a day without him and his fluffy tail.
