ORDERING
- There is a $250 minimum initial order requirement (excluding shipping costs).
- There is no minimum for repeat orders.
- Product minimums are listed throughout our wholesale catalogue.

PAYMENT
- Acceptable payment methods include Credit Card + Bank Transfer
- Bank Transfer details are listed on the final invoice.

Please send an email to wholesale@formebydee.com when payment is made to ensure prompt shipping.
- By default all payments are processed at the time of shipment.
- Payment is required within 14 days of receipt of invoice.
- Payment is required in full prior to shipping.
- Items will not be dispatched until payment is cleared.
- Where credit card details are provided they will only be charged on despatch of order.
- Any order not fully paid within 30 days of invoice will be deemed cancelled unless prior arrangements have been made.
SHIPPING
- All shipping costs are charged at time of shipment and will be included in your final invoice. Please notify us of any time sensitive orders.
- Express Shipping is available at an additional cost.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
A tracking number will be sent to you at time of despatch.
- For Me By Dee is not responsible for any carrier delays.
- All orders ship from our fulfilment centre in Melbourne, Australia.
TURNAROUND
- Our typical shipment preparation time is 2 weeks from order placement.
- This is dependent on stock availability.
- This excludes shipping time.
- We will provide a tracking number upon shipment.
PRICING
- Wholesale prices are exclusive of taxes and duties.
Refer to our Retail Website for our RRP.
- We reserve the right to alter our wholesale and retail pricing at any time, unless already invoiced.
EXCLUSIVITY
- We are happy to offer geographic exclusivity for shops that make meaningful retail commitments to the brand. To retain exclusive rights, the buyer needs to have placed wholesale purchases within the previous 90 days. For Me By Dee must be notified in advance of any new location added to existing stockist agreements.
- For Me By Dee retains the right to have multiple stockists in the same geographic location if they are holding different lines of product.
RETURNS + CANCELLATIONS + CHANGES TO ORDERS
- All orders are final and cannot be cancelled or changed once the final invoice has been generated and payment has been made.
- Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
- We cannot accept returns on unsold items.
- All of our products are packaged with care and are thoroughly checked before sending. However, in the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect shipment or an item is faulty, or an item was damaged during shipping, you have 48 hours from receipt of delivery to report any damage to wholesale@formebydee.com. Please include your invoice number and the description of the item. If the fault is visible, please provide photographs.

- All For Me By Dee product designs and images are the property of For Me By Dee.
- All stockists are free to use images on our website for the purpose of promoting the range.
- If you require professional high resolution images please contact us.
PRODUCT MODIFICATION
- For Me By Dee products cannot be modified for resale.
LIABILITY
- For Me By Dee does not take any responsibility for any losses, costs, damages and expenses resulting from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms and Policies.
AGREEMENT OF TERMS
- By placing an order, you agree to our Terms and Policies.
