We are starting 2022 with an exciting opportunity! 

Together with my friend and fellow business bestie Stacey June we are looking for a special someone to join both of our teams.

We are looking for an Online Marketing Assistant who is ready to get their hands full with several brands under two small female biz owners.

We are two friends looking for a shiny new person to work across both businesses. We would love to welcome your social media expertise, your expert knowledge of tech and e-commerce and course programs and your creative flair!

We are looking for a highly motivated person, your friends describe you as proactive and you may or may not have a few of your own things going on.

You are looking for a Part Time Job and are ready to invest your time and heart in two female start ups that are growing their communities.

Who you are:

We are sensing you are an absolute gun who knows how to get s*it done in a timely but effective manner.

You run your own race and may have other things going on other than this role but you are committed, organised and incredibly aware of how important time efficiency and attention to detail is for twofemale small buisness owners who also happento be Mums.

You are looking for approx. 20 hours per week of contract work split across both of our business.

What you do:

• Excellent Social Media skills.
• Extensive knowledge with all major apps. Instagram & Facebook is a must but also ideally Pinterest and TikTok.
• Experience in social media forecasting and planning.
• Social Media management. Creation, implementation and scheduling of posts and content as well as experience in editing stories and posts.
• Creative writer / exceptional copywriter - All marketing copy, blog posts, sales pages, social media assets and newsletters must be proofed and have a strong confidence with grammar and spelling.
• Tech wiz! Proven experience in email marketing, email funnels, course creation and execution. Confident with CRM programs.
• Have a knack for sales pages and newsletters to promote product but is confident identifying tones across different projects. Will need to adjust approach across several brands.
• Experience with following programs - Squarespace, Shopify, Kajabi, Hubspot, Monday, Omnisend/Klaviyo.
• Administration support - assisting with calendar enquires, basic inbox management and general business organisation and planning. Support with live events and online trainings.
• Flexible days and hours depending on what is happening with business'. Must be open to working some nights and weekends where needed. (Approx. monthly)

What you may be interested in but not uber experienced in:

• Experience with creating + editing reels for content on Instagram + TikTok.
• Facebook + Instagram advertising and boosts
• Experience with SEO + ability to read through analytics on Shopify and Google Analytics + report stats monthly
• Publicity - sending out PR blasts + writing copy to promote and market the brands.

(There will be media training provided if needed)
